Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We check the roof and attic, take photos and send you a written report and quote. You pay nothing unless you decide to hire us.
Will insurance pay for a new roof?
If hail or wind damaged it, often yes, and you pay your deductible. We document the damage and meet your adjuster. Texas law doesn't allow a roofer to waive or cover your deductible, and we never will.
How long does a replacement take?
Most single-family homes are done in one day. Large or steep roofs can take two to three days. Your quote includes the timeline.
Do you take small repairs?
Yes. A few missing shingles, a leaking pipe boot or one bad flashing is fine. Small leaks are cheaper to fix early.
Which shingles do you install?
Architectural shingles from major manufacturers, including Class 4 impact-resistant lines. Many Texas insurers give a premium discount for Class 4 roofs.
How do payments work?
For repairs, you pay when the job is done. For replacements, a deposit when materials are delivered and the balance on completion. Card, check, bank transfer or financing.
What does the warranty cover?
Our workmanship for 10 years: if something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we fix it at no cost. Shingles are also covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
